Doctoral Student

Biography

About me
I`m an external PhD student at the TIM group and responsible for innovation and technology at the Chamber of Commerce/Tyrol.

Born in a family of entrepreneurs and architects, I’m used to be with one foot on the creativity and with the other foot on the business side. Fascinated by the idea to connect the advantages of both worlds, I started end of 2013 to deal with design thinking. Running design thinking workshops with start-up entrepreneurs and students, I bring in some experience before I started my PhD. Particularly I worked in a project, called „doga“ = design oriented growth action, which aimed at integrating design thinking as mindset and entrepreneurial attitude as well as the development of a curriculum for trainers.

Research interests
Innovation, entrepreneurship, individual and organizational learning
